Online Prescribing Clinic
We offer online prescribing services to give our clients another convenient way to access prescription medicines.
Our online prescribing service allows you to complete a secure medical assessment, which is reviewed by a UK-registered prescriber in line with clinical and regulatory standards. Depending on the condition, you may be offered treatment following an online assessment questionnaire (form-based consultation), or advised that a live consultation is required.

You can access this service in-store, where we provide a private consultation area. Once your assessment has been approved, you can collect your prescribed medicines directly from us at the same time.
Alternatively, you can complete your assessment online, nominate us as your pharmacy, and collect your prepared private prescription items in-store or via our automated 24-hour collection points.
What can I expect?
As part of the assessment, you will be asked a number of questions, including:
- Medication history
- Medical history
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding status
- Lifestyle factors
- Allergies
- Treatment preferences
You will need to confirm a patient agreement and provide consent for the consultation and prescribing process to take place.
